These terms are a general starting point for using Branshy — they aren't exhaustive legal advice, and we may update them as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
By creating an account or using Branshy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Branshy is an AI-assisted tool for generating logos and business names, using a points-based ("paint points") system. Points are purchased and consumed to generate designs; the exact cost per action is shown in the product before you confirm.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paint points are consumed when you start a generation — the cost is fixed and shown up front. Points are not refunded for generations you're unsatisfied with, since real compute and third-party provider costs are incurred immediately.
Purchases are processed securely through Stripe. If a payment fails to deliver points due to a technical error, contact us and we'll investigate.
You own the logos and other output you generate through Branshy, once generated.
We don't guarantee that a generated logo is unique or free of similarity to existing marks — AI generation can produce results that resemble other work by coincidence. You're responsible for checking availability and clearing any trademark or intellectual-property concerns before commercial use.
You're solely responsible for how you use generated content, including registering it as a trademark or using it in commerce.
Don't use Branshy to generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or intended to impersonate another brand without authorization. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Branshy and Bosala Technology are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction where Bosala Technology operates; the specific jurisdiction will be specified here as the business is formalized.
