Account information: when you sign up, we collect your email address and name — either directly, from Google sign-in, or via a one-time email verification code (OTP).
Usage data: pages you visit, actions you take in the product, and basic technical data (IP address, browser/device type) used for security, rate limiting, and improving the service.
Content you create: the brand briefs, prompts, and logo files you generate through Branshy, stored so you can access, edit, and download them later.
2How We Use Your Information
To operate and provide the service — creating your account, generating logos and names, and displaying your project history.
To process payments for paint points through Stripe.
To communicate with you about your account, generation status, and important service updates.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, such as rate limiting and fraud prevention.
3Third-Party Providers
We work with a small number of trusted providers to deliver the service:
Anthropic — processes your brief text to generate design prompts.
Recraft — generates the logo images from those prompts.
Stripe — processes payments; we never see or store your full card details.
Cloudflare — hosts the application, database, and file storage.
Each provider only receives the data it needs to perform its specific function.
4Data Storage & Retention
Your account data and generated content are stored for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and generated content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
5Your Rights
You can access, update, or export your account information at any time from your account settings.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — we'll process the request as required by applicable law.
6Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies — to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme preference, and protect the service from abuse. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
